Short description of technology:
Every fence parts are optimally projected and created only for special system BEVES. We are observing technology advancing in sphere of steel chaining, e.g. auomobile industry and we has cut out termic lance, steel chaining and cutting to neccessarily level.
During our procedure is unwrought material tooled and shaped in 95% on cold = keep from so-called weakening steel termic parameters and not-making potencial places for rust.
Not until final production process concluding e.g. shaping, cutting, welding, edging are ready-made parts anti-rust protected by two best possible steel protections:
- Zincification e.g. "tin-coated". Submersion in liquid zinc at the temperature 450° C creates protecting shield, which is soak up deep into steel structure and causes noble anti-rust layer.
- Comaxitation e.g. spraying the steel surface layer of polyester oleoresin and then burned out in a furnace at the temperature 200°C.
Products protected in this manner ensure tens of years of anti-rust warranty in all conditions!
